To our Imagine Lakewood Ranch Families,
As we continue to monitor the novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) situation, the safety and continued learning of our school community remain our top priorities. We understand that with the additional week added to Spring Break it is important to keep our students engaged and active in all aspects. To help your students learn and grow without interruption, we are providing you with some free websites to support academic practice. Please see the information below. Remember these tools are not replacing classroom instruction.
In the case school closures would be extended, at Imagine Schools at Lakewood Ranch we are working on an Instructional Continuity Plan. For this reason, please inform us if you DO NOT have access to a computer device at home. This will allow for us to be prepared with the appropriate tools for our students and families if we have to move forward with online courses.
Please note some changes in our calendar for upcoming events:
-Kindergarten Roundup will now be held on Wednesday, April 15th with School Wide Open House, Book Fair Week, Music/STEM/Art Night from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Please stay safe and healthy during this time. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate in contacting us.
Have a great day.
Sincerely,
Your Imagine Lakewood Ranch Family

Scholastic Learn at Home website – click here
Dear Families and Caregivers, we know that missing school isn’t easy for your kids—or for you. But we also know that there are simple ways to turn unexpected time at home into exciting opportunities for your students to learn, think, and grow.
That is why we’ve created Scholastic’s Learn at Home website. This free resource provides your children with 20* days of exciting articles and stories, videos, and fun learning challenges. Children can complete them anytime, in any order. They can work on their own or together with you and your family.
Our active learning journeys are available on any device and will provide your child with up to three hours’ worth of exciting learning experiences per day. They can go on virtual field trips, meet best-selling authors, or dig deep into a topic they love.
We hope that you and your children stay safe and healthy, and wish you the best of luck during this stressful time.
With best wishes from all of us at Scholastic,
