9/11 DRESS LIKE A PATRIOT
This Friday, in honor of the 9/11 Remembrance Day, students are encouraged to “Dress Like a Patriot” and don their favorite patriotic (red/white/blue) apparel or dress up as a famous American Patriot this Friday instead of wearing their regular uniforms. Face Masks still mandatory.
HEALTH SCREENINGS-PARENTAL NOTIFICATION OF SCHOOL HEALTH SERVICE
Starting September 14th Health screenings for Grades K, 1st, 3rd and 6th will be held here at our school.
Health screenings such as vision, hearing, scoliosis, growth, and development (height/weight/BMI/percentile) will be done.
We will not have outside help this year, so a specific date for each class will not be given at this time. We will try to work through a class daily, starting with
Kindergarten.
After any health screening, a record of the results will be sent home with the child. Please contact the school if you have questions or concerns.
If you do not desire these services for your child, you must write a letter to your child’s school. In your letter, you must state which of these health screenings you do not want your child to receive. Be sure to indicate your child’s name and grade. The letter must be signed and dated by the child’s parent or legal guardian.
For our students online, this service will also be provided once all of the students present have completed with their screenings. We will then schedule a day and time for students to come in.
Any questions please contact Tiffany Barnett, LPN, Clinic Nurse @ Imagine Lakewood Ranch.
